OSSUM: A future marketplace for open source software.

The web application for OSSUM.com is currently in development by junktext LLC to help foster a better marketplace for open source software. The idea is to help investors and companies interested in further expanding their software portfolio can choose and rely upon open source software with confidence as opposed to proprietary software.

The goal is to help convince today's business leaders to shift their decades of thinking towards a more open knowledge society, where all sectors of the computing world can benefit, such as:

• For-profit companies
• Government
• Non-profit organizations
• Educational institutions
• Freelance developers
• Students
• Researchers
